Dr. Yee-Chun Lee


Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Lee serves as the CTO and company visionary and is the main force driving DigiDelve’s current and future technology and patents. Dr. Lee has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University and received his Ph.D. in Physics from Dartmouth in a short 2.5 years. After conducting academic research at Princeton University and the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Lee was the youngest full tenured professor at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Lee spent 2 years at the Institute for Advanced Studies, Albert Einstein’s lab, and then another 2 years at the Center for Nonlinear Studies at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Dr. Lee began applying his talents to commercial research and development in the mid 1990s. In addition to founding 2 advanced optical character recognition companies, Nonlinear Technology, Inc. (acquired by Adobe Systems, Inc.) and ATTI (now Ceresoft), and providing technical consulting for DynaTech, Dr. Lee has served as the CTO for Sky Station International, AboveCable, and UPI/Mobilewise.

Bryan Lee


President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Lee is currently the President and COO of DigiDelve Technologies. Mr. Lee graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Computer Science. After working as a developer and consultant for the D.C.-based IT firm Information Strategies, Mr. Lee helped found the internet startups WonderClick, Inc., an internet media advertisement and sweepstakes site, and AboveCable, a China and India-based wireless service and content provider. WonderClick and AboveCable garnered over $10M in funding, and WonderClick was rated the fastest-growing website by MediaMetrix just 2 months after launch (February 2000).

At its peak, WonderClick averaged over 18 million page views per month and had a registered user base of over 1.3 million. Mr. Lee was the VP of Operations at WonderClick, and worked with AboveCable and Suggestionator, an online information collection service, as a technical advisor and business consultant. Most recently, Mr. Lee has managed 307 Software, a database consulting firm with a focus on large government and non-profit organizations. Clients include the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Academy for Educational Development (AED), and Mercer (the consulting arm of Marsh & McLennan Companies).

Lily Chi


Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Chi serves as DigiDelve’s Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Chi has spent over 20 years as a corporate executive, CFO, VP of Finance, and Corporate Controller at high-tech, internet, manufacturing, and service companies for both public and privately held companies. Her expertise in Corporate Fiscal Control includes finance, accounting, strategic planning, legal, taxation, and business administration. In addition, she is an expert in funding management, asset management, M&A, and IPOs.

Prior to joining DigiDelve, Ms. Chi was the CFO at both Design Reactor and Rotten Tomatoes, leading the latter to acquisition in 2004. She was also the executive of Major Legal Services, Alco Standard, Litton Industry, AITech, and Oplink Communication. Ms. Chi has served in Board as an Advisor and Director for many profit and non-profit organizations. She has received many awards and honors in recognition of her professional achievements and community services. Ms. Chi most recently served as CFO for Lithium, ensuring sensible financial control and continued profitability. Ms. Chi holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the National Chen-Chi University in Taipei and an M.A. in Foreign Trade from Lincoln University, where she graduated with honors.

Marc Hudacsko


Vice President, Research & Technology

Mr. Hudacsko acts as DigiDelve’s Vice President of Research & Technology. His responsibilities include coordination of the software and hardware teams, development of the head tracking software algorithm, and infrastructure design. Mr. Hudacsko’s research career began at age 17, winning a First Place Grand Award at the 1995 International Science and Engineering Fair for his work on electron density in crystals. At age 18, he published his first article in the American Mineralogist, a leading crystallography and geochemistry journal.

Since then, Mr. Hudacsko has served as a consultant and engineer for several software and internet companies such as Information Strategies, WonderClick, Inc., Suggestionator, and 307 Software. Most recently, Mr. Hudacsko worked as a senior consultant for InfoReliance Corp. (recently named the Washington D.C. Metro’s sixth fastest-growing company). While at IR, he served as the chief architect for several multi-million dollar systems for the United States military. Mr. Hudacsko holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of Maryland.

Adam Tow


Marketing Director

Mr. Tow was the Manager of Technology at Palm, where he helped develop the MyPalm application for the i705 wireless handheld computer. He also founded and directed Foundation Systems, a mobile computing solutions firm which has consulted with Palm and OmniSky on the release of two critically acclaimed consumer wireless devices, the Palm VII organizer and the OmniSky Palm V hand held. In addition, his company’s software for the Newton and Palm OS platforms has been sold in over 22 countries around the globe and has been featured in publications such as Pen Computing Magazine, Mobile Computing, and the San Francisco Chronicle.


Advisory Board

Patrick Lee

Mr. Lee co-founded and served as CEO of Rotten Tomatoes, a leading entertainment website focused on movie and game reviews and news. He helped raise over $1M in June 2000. In July 2004, RT was acquired by IGN Entertainment for approximately $10M. Mr. Lee also co-founded and served as CEO for Design Reactor, a leading marketing firm focused on the entertainment industry. Mr. Lee is currently serving as Vice Chairman for XiaBan.com, a China-based internet venture.

Dr. Raffi Kamalian

Dr. Raffi Kamalian has a Doctorate Degree from the University of California, Berkeley in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Machine Design and MEMS (Micro Electromechanical Systems, also known as Micromachines). As a researcher in the Berkeley Expert Systems Lab under Professor Alice Agogino, his thesis research focused on the application of evolutionary synthesis algorithms such as Multiobjective Genetic Algorithms and Simulated Annealing to the design of MEMS sensors. From 2004 to 2006 he was a JSPS post-doctoral fellow in the Faculty of Design at Kyushu University in Western Japan. His research in Japan focused on Human Interactive Evolutionary Computation (IEC) for Engineering design and the use of fuzzy systems and machine learning for improved IEC performance. In 2006 he joined the Dept. of Mechanical and Automation Engineering and is currently a part of the Institute of Precision Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). He currently holds one United States patent in the area of machine design optimization.
