An OLED panel manufacturer using DigiDelve technology can quickly produce displays that rival the resolution of LCD screens, are up to 50 times more power efficient than current displays, are manufactured with an improved loss rate, and have no color lifetime issues.
The four proprietary technologies that make up the OLED Technology Suite are as follows:
Steered Beam Display
The Steered Beam Display (SBD) reduces the power consumption of a typical OLED display by up to 50 times.
Zero Defect Layout
The Zero Defect Layout reduces OLED pixel defects in manufacturing.
Ageless OLED
Our Ageless OLED technology can extend the lifetime of an OLED display to over 100,000 useful hours.
Collimating Microlens Array
The CMA offers very high collimation for backlights and devices that require a maximum collimation efficiency.
